1.Coordinate with the sales manager to set targets for and lead the sales team
2.Assist to manage and to control the individual sales persons and coach them to optimal performance as per tools and measures set by the sales manager.
3.Execution and coordination of business development strategy by clients/trade lane/territory, and qualified target accounts.
4.Develop new own clients base, handle and maintain the relationship with nomination & routing order accounts.
5.Action & respond to sales leads, sales calls, and accounts implementation
6.Collaborate with overseas offices/agents to penetrate business opportunities on the specific accounts / markets.
7.Marketing information collection, including industrial, competitor, rates, clients, etc.
Requirements:
1.University or above.
2.At least 5 years in the freight forwarding or logistics industry with minimum 3 years of the sales experience,1 year of sales management experience is preferred.
3.Knowledgeable about air/ocean/3rd party logistics services.
4.Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
5.Sufficient own business client based on hand.
6.Self-motivated and professional. Good communication & interpersonal skills to both domestic and overseas offices, and be a good team player.
7.Good skill on MS Office Software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,.....etc is also preferred.
